Most landlords do one thing. Most agents do half a thing. Flatify does the whole stack -- operate, furnish, run, vouch -- across every property we touch. Here is each, in its own detail.
We sign a multi-year written lease with the owner. From that moment on, we are the lessee -- we carry the vacancy risk, the wear-and-tear risk, the tenant risk. The owner gets a fixed payout on the fifth, regardless of what is happening downstream.
An in-house design and execution team converts the bare flat into a Flatify Haven home in four to six weeks. Beds, modular wardrobes, sofa, dining, kitchen fit-out, soft furnishings, lighting. Sourced from our standard vendor panel -- Asian Paints for surfaces, Nilkamal for modular, Bombay Dyeing for linen. Every fitting stays with the flat.
After move-in, the day-to-day is ours. Housekeeping, linen swap, maintenance tickets, tiffin coordination, geyser, internet, water filter, society dues, gate passes, parking stickers. Residents speak to the front desk over WhatsApp. Most issues close within a working day.
Police verification, Leave & License via Leegality, RWA General Authorization, signed handbook, monthly resident list filed with the gate and the society. Every resident exists on paper before they exist in the flat. Societies have a single point of contact -- the front desk number is on the gate's register.
