The process
Six weeks,

We do not start on site until the drawings are final and you have signed the package. Everything that follows is execution, not decision-making.
Week 01
Scope & site visit
A two-hour walk-through of the flat with the owner. Existing fittings audited, photos taken, electrical & plumbing condition noted.
Week 02
Drawings & sign-off
Three concept boards. One floor plan. One materials sheet. Indicative pricing. We freeze and you sign.
Weeks 03–04
Procurement & carpentry
Modular wardrobes, beds, dining built off-site. Walls re-painted. Electricals reworked. AC service. Geyser tested.
Week 05
Install & soft goods
Furniture in. Lighting in. Linen, mattresses, kitchen starter, curtains, rug. A pine-teal throw on every sofa.
Week 06
Snag & handover
A 72-hour snag window. Photos of every angle. Inventory PDF emailed. Keys returned with a stamped folder.
